Not to sure how this came out in the picture but this cop car was left on a hot day with the a/c running to block construction on an on ramp.  The radiator had busted and 5 min proir to this picture the car was smoking like it was on fire.  Hopefully you can see all the leaking coolant under the engine of the car in the picture. I wish I would have caught the smoke on camera.  Stupid guys!
